31 Jan Year 11 Black Country Living Museum Visit
On Wednesday 23rd January, 20 Tear 11 Art students attended the local Black Country Living Museum where they could capture photographs first hand of actual artefacts and remants of ‘Industrial Heritage’ which will form part of their examination theme for the BTEC Level 2 Art and Design Qualification.
Students listened to stories from their personal guide Peter, captured images using digital photography skills and sketched scenery and artefacts which they found inspiring.
We are very proud of Y11’s enthusiasm and efforts with this visit (despite being outside all day on the coldest day of the year so far!)
See below images of the students in action as well as some excellent photography work by Demi Warden and charcoal drawing by Joshua O’Dwyer.
