24 Feb Letter from the Principal
I hope you have all had a safe and restful half term. Thank you again for your support and positive comments during the last half term, they mean so much to me and my staff during these unprecedent times. In response to the government announcement yesterday I thought it timely to write to you and let you know where we are with our reopening plans. Whilst I cannot give you any definitive dates yet, I wanted to communicate our intentions with you.
In line with the government guidelines, we are in the advanced stages of our reopening plans and can confirm that all students will be returning to school week beginning the 8th March 2021. We are now finalising the days and times of each year groups return so that we can conduct the lateral flow testing in the most efficient way possible to accelerate students return to full time schooling. I hope to update you further by the end of the week.
Please can you ensure you have completed the lateral flow test consent form by 4.00pm on Thursday 25th February. This is to ensure we get all students and staff tested in line with government guidance within the first week of return. The consent form can be found here.
Thank you once again,
