Congratulations to A Emms, T Keown, M Steadman, C Keown, K Hampton, M Beddoe, E Chapman, M Jones, C Filkinstein, A L Clynes, T Filkins, J Pritchard, E Evans
Who have successfully completed a two week trial as prefects.
Being a prefect is a very valuable job within our Academy- it is much more than wearing a badge. Many of the world’s leaders were once prefects. Being a prefect will mean giving up some of your own personal time to take on extra responsibility. As a prefect you are expected to demonstrate the values of the Academy in their daily lives as well as encouraging them in others – both in and out of school. It is the first step of understanding real world responsibility and leadership- so it is important that we get it right.
