16 Mar RSA Weekly – Welcome
Our Academy is full of high-achieving and interesting students, who are always doing new and brilliant things that go above and beyond the standard set – from art to music, to fantastic results and events, there is always something new and fascinating happening at the RSA Academy to be explored. There is always something new to celebrate.
The Student Leadership Team has put together this blog entry, and will continue to put it together weekly, to commend the exceptional individuals in the RSA Academy and all the things that they have achieved each week. This blog will be a great way for parents to keep up to date with the amazing things that the students have been doing, and will hopefully motivate our students to keep up the standard that they have set for themselves!
This week has been a wonderful week for results in the year 10 PPEs – across the year group there have been fantastic grades, a testament to the work that everyone has put in! Congratulations especially to the students who have achieved the highest results in the most recent exam cycle, those being Cerys Cole, Megan Riley, Chloe Smith, Samuel Howarth, Hannah Morris, Ebony Steventon, Jake Garratt, Ewan McCutcheon, Yasmine Osborn, and Amia Ajimal. Great job, guys!
Also, shout out to the year 9 tutors who have done especially brilliantly this week – Miss Williams-Young’s tutor group have topped the attendance league, Miss Barlow’s tutor group has collected the most positive points of year 9 tutors, and Miss Hyman’s tutor group has collected the least negative points. Good job setting a standard – let’s see who’s going to be topping the league next week!
Thanks for the great week, guys – and if you know about anything interesting that’s going on in the Academy that deserves a shout out, please tell your tutors and your student representatives (who should be already allocated or allocated soon), so that they can then relay that to the Student Leadership Team!
