Bollywood comes to Tipton!

We have had a very exciting visitor at the Academy during the course of last week. Subhash Gorania, a well-known Bollywood dancer, choreographer and winner of the numerous dance competitions in Mumbai, has been working with our Year 12 IB dancers to prepare for the forthcoming ‘Bollywood 100’ celebrations in Birmingham during June.

New Head Boy/ Head Girl/ International Ambassador Applications Invited

Students in Year 12 are invited to apply for the position of Head Boy, Head Girl or International Ambassador. To apply you need to write a letter of application to Student Parliament and give to Ms Dominese (PA to the Principal). You will need to include a reference from your tutor, a teacher or your Head of House. The Job Description is available on the Academy website in the student section.

Closing date for applications – Friday 12 October
First interviews – Wednesday 17 October
Final interviews to take place early in Term 2
