Bollywood comes to Tipton!

We have had a very exciting visitor at the Academy during the course of last week. Subhash Gorania, a well-known Bollywood dancer, choreographer and winner of the numerous dance competitions in Mumbai, has been working with our Year 12 IB dancers to prepare for the forthcoming ‘Bollywood 100’ celebrations in Birmingham during June.

Champions of Sandwell!

The RSA Academy Under 16 girls came away as the champions of the Sandwell District with a very good display in the 5 a side tournament at Pulse Soccer Centre. The girls cruised through their group with 3 wins out of 3, scoring 20 goals and conceding only 1 in the process.

The girls then dismissed the challenge of Sandwell Academy with a very professional performance in the final, winning 2 – 0.

The Under 15 girls were also involved in the tournament, reaching the semi-finals before unfortunately coming up against the RSA Academy Under 16 girls.

Fantastic result girls, very well done!
